Alfredo Zolezzi
Alfredo Zolezzi is an innovator and industrial designer. He is the Founder of Plasma Waters, a private initiative dedicated to develop applied innovation linking advanced science and technology with social and environmental issues, by means of high impact disruptive solutions.
At Plasma Waters he leads a team of experts in physics, chemistry, engineering and industrial design. PWS is developing a wide array of projects that use cutting-edge technological and business approaches to address some of the most pressing challenges facing humanity. This is what Alfredo calls Innovation with Purpose. While focusing on social impact, these solutions allow corporations to anticipate threats and adapt to a fast-changing world.
His breakthroughs and vision have been covered by some of the most important media globally, such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Forbes Magazine, The Times of India, CNBC and BBC. In the book “Create or Die”, Andrés Oppenheimer referred to him as one of the key innovators in Latin America.

Robert Hardt
Robert is a proven and dedicated leader passionate about innovation and about making teams and people successful.
Until October 2020 Robert was General Partner at Next47, the venture capital company backed by Siemens AG, headquartered in Palo Alto, CA USA and Munich, Germany. For Next47 he built a successful practice focused on supporting the firm’s portfolio companies in their global growth efforts.
From 2012 to 2017 Robert served as President and CEO of Siemens Canada Limited and oversaw the overall strategic management, direction and leadership for all activities of Siemens in Canada. Prior to being appointed President and CEO in January 2012, he held several senior management positions within Siemens Canada since joining in 2007. Robert is an electrical engineer and began his career with Siemens AG Germany in 1988. Early in his career he was a project engineer and project manager and led several engineering and project management teams for large industrial projects.
Chief Development Officer - Plasma-ized Water
Dr. Roger Pennell
Roger is a plant biologist and geneticist, a leader in trait development and crop plant performance. He has large and substantive international experience in effective, commercial-scale crop transformation, field trials and commercialization. He is recognized as an expert in plant biotechnology, published many scientific papers and is holder of many patents.
Previously, Roger had a long and successful career with Land O´Lakes in California, USA, culminating in the position as Vice President of Trait Development. He received a Ph.D. in Plant Cell Biology from the University College London, UK, is an Adjunct Professor in Plant Biotechnology at the University of California in Los Angeles, and a Royal Society Fellow.
As Chief Development Officer PW, Roger is responsible for our Plasma-ized Water Technology Program, and the development of innovative solutions to enable sustainable transformations in agriculture and other industries.

Dr. Claus Biermann
Claus is an international industry executive, world-class leader and accomplished scientist with proven expertise in developing and implementing cutting edge technology strategies. Claus holds a Doctor of Science (Physics) degree from Technical University of Dortmund. Through his professional career, he has worked at reputable institutes and for companies such as DESY, CERN, Siebe and Siemens in different industries.
Most recently, he served as Senior Key Expert Corporate Technology at Siemens AG in Germany, where he was responsible for groundbreaking special projects. As Chief Technology Officer, Claus will lead the team responsible to build breakthrough technology platforms and deliver highly innovative product solutions. Through his leadership, we will yield competitive advantage and enable unprecedented impact and sustainable transformations in multiple industries.

Jerry Zuchowicki
Jerry is a growth-driven leader, with extensive expertise driving business transformation and global expansion for leading consumer product companies.
Until March 2021 Jerry was the CEO of L’Image Home Products, a private consumer products company. Previously he held various senior leadership positions for Jarden Consumer Solutions, such as President EMEA, VP and General Manager Latin America and Corpotate VP R&D. Jerry is an electrical engineer and in his earlier career years he worked for Philips Electronics in various sales and marketing management roles, in the USA, Singapore, The Netherlands and Argentina.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jerry is building and leading the market development, sales, marketing, order fulfillment and customer service capabilities to achieve the global deployment of our breakthrough innovation solutions and deliver their transformative impact to the world.

Pragya Kalia
Pragya is in charge of building our operations and establishing our company as a major player in India.
Pragya holds Master’s Degrees in Economics and Business Administration. She is also an ADP alumni of Wharton School. She has set up & led businesses at country level leadership roles in various sectors. As Managing Director, she comes to Plasma Waters India as a seasoned executive, having served in various senior management positions at top Indian and international companies like Philips, Eureka Forbes,ICICI, ExxonMobil, Jarden Consumer Solutions and most recently Hindustan Times Media.
