Alfredo Zolezzi is an innovator and industrial designer. He is the Founder of Plasma Waters, a private initiative dedicated to develop applied innovation linking advanced science and technology with social and environmental issues, by means of high impact disruptive solutions. Plasma Waters uses proprietary cutting-edge technological and business approaches to address some of the most pressing challenges facing humanity. This is what Alfredo calls Innovation with Purpose. His breakthroughs and vision have been covered by some of the most important media globally, such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Forbes Magazine, The Times of India, CNBC and BBC. In the book “Create or Die”, Andrés Oppenheimer referred to him as one of the key innovators in Latin America.

Roger is a plant biologist and geneticist, a leader in trait development and crop plant performance. He has large and substantive international experience in effective, commercial-scale crop transformation, field trials and commercialization. He is recognized as an expert in plant biotechnology, published many scientific papers and is holder of many patents. Previously, Roger had a long and successful career with Land O´Lakes in California, USA, culminating in the position as Vice President of Trait Development. He received a Ph.D. in Plant Cell Biology from the University College London, UK, is an Adjunct Professor in Plant Biotechnology at the University of California in Los Angeles, and a Royal Society Fellow. As Chief Development Officer PW, Roger is responsible for our Plasma-ized Water Technology Program, and the development of innovative solutions to enable sustainable transformations in agriculture and other industries.

She is also an ADP alumni of Wharton School. She has set up & led businesses at country level leadership roles in various sectors. As Managing Director, she comes to Plasma Waters India as a seasoned executive, having served in various senior management positions at top Indian and international companies like Philips, Eureka Forbes,ICICI, ExxonMobil, Jarden Consumer Solutions and most recently Hindustan Times Media.
